1. After finalizing your custom proposal, deliverables and timeline, we follow up with a detailed contract and an agreement to begin!

2. We start by having you fill up our in-depth Brand Strategy questionnaire to find out more about your target audience, inspiration, goals, values, preferences and concerns, which uncovers your Brand’s Personality. This will be used to create your Creative Direction and Brand Identity.

We move forward to present a Visual Direction that includes moodboard(s), some sketches (if any), and design examples that best fit your Brand or Project, based on the Discovery phase.

This serves as inspiration for the actual deliverables.

Once we’re clear on the direction, we proceed to design your deliverables. During this phase, we typically go a little quiet to work on your materials, after which we will send over a deck that contains a concept or a draft with mockups (if applicable).

Here’s where you get to share your feedback about what’s great and what needs adjustment. We’ll work to refine on the agreed revisions (if any) over the next few days.

So the final design concept and materials have been approved by you, yay! Do give us a couple of days to compile your files and we’ll deliver a link for you to download them all. A guide on how to maintain your brand’s image will also be shared. You’re now ready for launch!

If there’s any printing to be done on our end, we’ll send your chosen deliverables off for print, and they’ll be delivered to you asap.
