Shipping

  • *For EU and UK orders, you may need to pay for your own customs fees / VAT / taxes and it may take a few more days to reach you, apart from the average 2-4 weeks shipping time, so do take note!

    Please check with your local post office on your country’s customs fee; I will not be responsible for any potential fee/ duties/ taxes charged on your international package. It will most likely be returned to me and I can offer a refund (excluding shipping fees) only if it reaches me.

  • Orders are shipped out from Singapore.

    And yes, we do ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please shoot a DM or email to let me know and I’ll add it to the list.

  • Please allow 3 working days for me to pack and process your order.

    They will then be shipped out within a day afterwards, and you should receive a confirmation email soon. If you opted for registered mail, a tracking number will be included as well.

    *For personalised cards, they may take up to a week if my paper stock runs out. An email update will be sent to you if there’s any issues or delays with your order.

  • Orders mailed locally in Singapore typically takes 2-5 working days to arrive.

    International orders are tracked, and will arrive in 2-6 weeks or longer, depending on your location, holidays, and the pandemic situation. Do check your tracking number, contact your local post office, and then contact me if it doesn’t arrive after a month.

  • Our shipping fee includes packaging (envelopes, wrapping paper, etc) costs as well.

    Local (Singapore): Local basic mail - SGD $2 / Local tracked mail - SGD $5

    International Tracked Mail (Singpost): between SGD $10 to SGD $20 (about USD 7.20 to USD 15)

  • Okay, no sweat- please email me your order number and a picture proof of the items that you’ve received, OR fill up our Help Form.

    I will double confirm your items and send a replacement ASAP. I may have been very tired while rush packing orders as I do everything on my own currently; I'm so sorry and thank you for your support!

 Resources & Supplies

  • I use Adobe Illustrator to do all of my illustrations and letterings.

  • I use recycled paper and cards for the most recent shop update. The paper is called: Beyong Paper. Sometimes, normal Art Card is also used.

  • Most of the time I shop local (I’m from Singapore). I usually go for:

    Customised cards and on-demand prints are printed from my personal printer.

  • I print my stickers locally from Vinyl Decal Stickers, or RT Stickers, or Cling SG.

  • Most of the time I shop local (I’m from Singapore).

General

  • Refunds are allowed for physical orders within half hour of purchase. Please email or DM me if you’d like to proceed. Digital orders will not have refunds.

    If you’ve entered the wrong address, please email or DM me with your Order Number and I’ll gladly change it if it has not been shipped out. If it has been shipped out, I’m sorry, but please order again if you wish to do so.

  • Know that design is different than art. Art is about self expression and free form, while design is to perfect the art and provide solutions.

    You may choose to start learning online through Skillshare, Domestika, or YouTube. If not, sign up for courses or design schools if you’d like to be surrounded by people :) You can still learn and grow either way.

    I went to Singapore Polytechnic and graduated with a Diploma in Visual Communications and Media Design.
