Please check with your local post office on your country’s customs fee; I will not be responsible for any potential fee/ duties/ taxes charged on your international package. It will most likely be returned to me and I can offer a refund (excluding shipping fees) only if it reaches me.

They will then be shipped out within a day afterwards, and you should receive a confirmation email soon. If you opted for registered mail, a tracking number will be included as well.

Orders mailed locally in Singapore typically takes 2-5 working days to arrive.

International orders are tracked, and will arrive in 2-6 weeks or longer, depending on your location, holidays, and the pandemic situation. Do check your tracking number, contact your local post office, and then contact me if it doesn’t arrive after a month.

Our shipping fee includes packaging (envelopes, wrapping paper, etc) costs as well.

Local (Singapore): Local basic mail - SGD $2 / Local tracked mail - SGD $5

International Tracked Mail (Singpost): between SGD $10 to SGD $20 (about USD 7.20 to USD 15)

I use recycled paper and cards for the most recent shop update. The paper is called: Beyong Paper. Sometimes, normal Art Card is also used.
